Scope:

This policy applies to all projects undertaken by Lilac Infotech.

The objective of this policy is to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Policy:

1. All projects must be approved by the Project Manager before they can be started.

2. The Project Manager will assign a timeline and budget for each project.

3. The Project Manager will monitor the progress of the project and make any necessary adjustments to the timeline or budget as needed.

4. If a project is not completed on time or within budget, the Project Manager will take appropriate action to ensure that the project is completed as soon as possible.

5. If a project is put on hold, the Project Manager will provide a detailed explanation of the reasons for the hold and the expected duration of the hold.

6. If a project is put on hold for more than two weeks, the Project Manager will provide a detailed report to the customer outlining the reasons for the hold and any potential impacts on the timeline or budget.

7. The Project Manager will ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of any changes to the timeline or budget.

8. The Project Manager will ensure that all project documentation is kept up-to-date and accurate.

9. The Project Manager will ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

10. The Project Manager will ensure that all project risks are identified and managed appropriately.

11. The Project Manager will ensure that all project stakeholders are kept informed of any changes to the project.

12. The Project Manager will ensure that all project resources are used efficiently and effectively.

13. The Project Manager will ensure that all project milestones are met.

14. The Project Manager will ensure that all project deliverables are of the highest quality.

15. The Project Manager will ensure that all project stakeholders are satisfied with the results of the project.

Enforcement:

Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
